Mariefrance Vasquez Ballester
is the Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of MixLab Music Studios, Inc. She is also the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Musicondalla OPC, a music company specializing in Rondalla music, performance, and music publishing. She is a licensed professional teacher, soprano, rondalla musician, and music business entrepreneur. She graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines College of Music and earned a Diploma in Creative and Performing Musical Arts and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education degree with a voice concentration and minors in piano and banduria. She has served as the UP Rondalla's assistant music director since 2009 and is now the group's technical director. She was also the vocalist and Octavina 2 player of the renowned Celso Espejo Rondalla (CER).

Nemuel Estenzo Cervera
is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of MixLab Music Studios, Inc. He is a versatile musician, entrepreneur, and music producer.
He studied Music Education at UP College of Music, where he gained a strong foundation in teaching and performing.
In January 2020, he founded his first start up company named NEC Music Studio, providing various music production services. Nemuel has also won several music competitions in the metro, showcasing his talent in arranging, songwriting, composition and more.
With his entrepreneurial abilities, he co-founded and leads MixLab Music Studios, where he fosters collaboration among musicians. Known for his innovative music style, he's dedicated to guiding aspiring artists and building a vibrant music community.
PRESIDENT
Prince John Divinagracia Barnal
is the Co-founder and a Board Member of MixLab Music Studios, Inc. He began his career as a hard-working musician with a solid background in guitar and rondalla. He was a member of the University of the Philippines Rondalla, a trainee of the Celso Espejo Rondalla, and a guest performer of the National Commission on Culture and the Arts Employees' Rondalla.
Prince has graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a Diploma in Creative and Performing Musical Arts (DCPMA) major in Music Education and a concentration in Guitar and a minor in Banduria. He became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Musicondalla OPC, a music company specializing in rondalla music and performance and music publishing, in 2022 due to his passion and commitment. He has also been appointed president of the University of the Philippines Rondalla.
